Why do cops hate people who skate

Why do cops hate people who skateboard? where I live there a county cop who is always around and he throws a fit if skaters are in the road but on the other hand he can careless if someone is biking, roller blading, scooter's and stuff I don't get it... Its not just where i live its everywhere

some cops hate regardless of what you do but i do agree skates for some reason pissoff more pigs than other fun loving sports.
