  1. To make sure citizen &  politicians behave in civilized manner, so that they don't get a chance infringe our liberty,

Like every family or home or any cummunity there must be a head of the family and the rules made by the head of that family will be observed by the all other members of the family like the same every country having some rules framed by the Government (Selected MP Or MLA by the peoples of that Country) of that country and it must be observed by all the peoples of the said nations for administrative reasons other wise it could not be possible to run a family or a Country. And it will be applicable on all members weather he is the head of the family or Nation.

    2) Constitution is nothing but a set of do 's and dont's for us to live peacefully and harmoniously.

A Constitution of a country is the system of fundamental principles according to which the nation or the state or the country is governed or administered.If there is no constitution lawlessness will prevail and every citizen will be a law unto him/herself.It also lays down procedures for the elected representatives to carry on the business of administering the state.

    The Constitution also embodies the rights and responsibilities of the citizens.It provides for procedures for enactment of laws from time to time as the situation warrants.
