  1. lol yeh i know. they feel proper realll lol.

  2. Could be a few things.  In order of probability.

1 - You are becoming more "lucid" in your dreams.  In lucid dreams you are experiencing very real and vivid sensations and with some work, you can control the dream.

2 - in reality, your dreams are reflection your actual sensations.  Sometimes dreams pick up on what is happening at that second, and make up a dream to conincide.  Think of things like if your alarm rings, but just before, you dream of hearing a phone ringing.  In reality, you heard the alarm, and your dream instantly created the phone ringing scenario.

3 - Your senses are becoming extremely sensitive.  With practice, you can probably use that in real life.

Our brain is like a giant filing cabinet. Everything we see, hear, taste, smell and touch is remembered by our brain, and put into what we might call a “brain file.” When we read a book, watch a television show or video, listen to music, eat some ice cream or pet a soft rabbit, it is all recorded in our “files.” Our brain pays attention even when we don’t! We call those files our memories. Usually, we don’t even know all those things are in our head!

We dream about many different things. When we go to sleep, our brain begins to take bits and pieces of memories and put them together into a dream.

  3. a dream is electro chemical impulses in your brain

these can trigger emotons of all kinds as the brain uses the same part of the brain to do this called the matula oblongata (forgive my spelling if its wrong) this is in the core of the brain and stems to other parts of the brain

thats why you can see, hear, smell, taste and even feel things in your dreams

dreams can be random, affected by external factors (eg a door slamming you may hear this in your dream and dream an explosion etc..), they can also be your brain interpretting the day you've had or things that are playing on your mind
