  1. because it's a business.

  2. they want to get you hooked.

  3. it's known as the dumbing down of society - lets get everybody drugged up to s**t and they won't notice what's going on around them

  4. Cause their money hungry!!!

  5. So they can convince people they have whatever it is the prescription medicine is for, like restless leg syndrome.

The side effects are usually worse than what it's supposed to treat.

They actually spend much more on advertising than they do on research and development?!?!?

This is why they have pills to fix impotency but not cancer.

  6. because the drug industry is a business, and just like all businesses, the drug companies want to make money. it is a corrupt business, but people are addicted to their prescription drugs. if they have the smallest headache, they immmediatley turn to tylenol. people want their problems fixed immediatley, when really, with a little patience they could heal themselves in natural and umharmful ways.

  7. So that you will convince yourself that you "suffer" from said ailment and go ask your doctor for a prescription that will probably do more harm than good.

  8. Well, i dont actually think they do the advertisement because the goverment tells the councelers do do these advertisements. But, if u think they do, i think its because some people, the minute they see drugs, they want them, y'know addicts & drug 'eds lol

  9. so they make more money than god!

  10. Because pharmaceuticals just like the media are a business. Their prime goal is to make money.  You should read the book "DNA: the secret of life" by James Watson you'll be surprised and repulsed at how the science industry has gone so far in PREVENTING cures for mankind because they're so greedy.

  11. Money, money, money, money, I hope I have answered your question.

  12. So you can ask your doctor to prescribe them for you
