Because people who make fun of emos are ignorant and only make fun because they have nothing else to do. I think everyone is emotional. Happy is an emotion..right?

Emos act and dress differently from jocks and preps..so 88% of my school is preppy, like 1% emo and the rest is something else. Heh all the preps give the emos a hard time. Which sucks because I love emos for who they are. I'm not emo btw.

Because we'er different, and people are afraid ot people who are different and people are afraid of being different,

I like to think they're just jealous because we're not afraid to dress the way we want, while they are stuck following what every one else is doing. LOL

Well i get called "emo" a lot myself even though I really dont think i am...just because of my clothing style. But honestly, what isn't funny about them?? They "hate" life because their boyfriend or girlfriend dumps them because they can't stand up for themselves, then they go home and cut themselves and come into class BOASTING about it to everyone! People like that deserve to be made fun of.

people who claim to be emo arent actually emo...they're the people who think they know what emo is so they all dress the same way with the same ridiculous hair cuts which probably pisses people off

because they are looked at differantly which isn't fair. just like they make fun of preps- haha- and they all make fun of band people calling them band geeks.  they just don't see things they same way as you do and they think that their way of life is the only one that should exsist but i think that if the other ways didn't exsist then neither would theres. be your self- steryotypes are soooo over rated- you can be a bandie but still like the same stuff as the "gothic" and "emo" crowds

and it's those- like me- who can fit into just about every group that makes it some what easier to live with the other groups or what ever you call them

Because we emo's are different ... and i think people who make fun of us should just d**n let us be . Just cuz we wear black and heavy make-up doesn't  give girly girls ant little miss preppy pants' and wannabe's the right to make fun of people who wanna be a little ( or in this case alot ) in the different side . what , occasionally we slit our wrists ... so what ? What harm do we have on u more than we have on our self's . goodness me ... my my my ...

So we listen to different music ... that's cuz we r different

So we wear black ... that's cuz we r different

So we wear lots of make-up ... get a clue ...  WE ARE DIFFERENT !!

So next time people wanna make fun of an emo they see at school or in the corner of a room or even on the side walk ... we have feelings too.

And emo people only get made fun of for 3 reasons .

1. cuz we aren't like other people

2. Some people are jealous that we can express our feelings with such passion , as i am doing now

or 3 . ...  CUZ DINGDINGDING ... WE ARE VERY DIFFERENT  , if i haven't made my point already ...

That's basically why emo's are made fun of ...

I really hope it stops ...

Cuz in my opinion i think that preps and girly's should be mocked ... i mean ... what dumbs walk around in ... whats it called ... dolce and gabanna ??? and go ... omg , like i just got a manicure and like i payed 500 dollars just to put diamonds on it ... and that's like SO cheep .

Just cuz emos wear the same cloths alot and over and over again ... doesn't mean they r poor ... they just choose to not buy clothes at every waking moment ...

Heck , my parents have a loooot of money ... but it doesn't seem like i seem to give a d**n .

Well , yeah that's is ...

That's why emo's get made fun of ...

And i for one ... am not proud of it .

Some people make fun of anyone that doesn't look, act, or talk a certain way that is familiar to them. These people are called "idiots". Emo girls rock :-)

Because the guys wear girls pants and they just ridiculous. Wear pants that fit! Why do the guys wear make up? Oh yeah try cutting the hair? Why do the guys feel like it cool to have black hair with long bangs that cover one part of their face?

In my opinion they get made fun of because people aren't used to people who act like the, it's sorta new in a way. The whole self-mutilation thing, and a lot of people have depression, but they express it in a different way or feel/embrace it more. That's all i think. Xoxoxo!
