Why do everyone go against the seniors players of the indian cricket team?

they have brought many victories and laurels for india.but why do everyone stand on their neck for just one poor series performance...

Even I wonder the same....

I guess its coz - They are the biggest stars in our country......The best cricketers.....The Indian cricket fans have a habit of forgetting contributions of the past...(most of them).. They like to live in the present.....If the seniors do not perform well, they they criticize them like h**l.......I think its coz..ppl expect them to preform every time they go out to play.....each and every move made by them will be scrutinized.......

i don't go with the flow because my brain and heart is my best driver and it doesn't tell me that they are useless, we are the same people , who were accolading sachin for his performance in finals of CB series , we are the same people who used to call Dravid a Wall, we are the same people who used to sympathise for fine cricketer Sourav , when he was hit of politics, what happened to us, they have just played a bad series of 3 test matches and in that also they were not whitewashed~ let me tell you they were quite unfortunate in this series and had lots of bad luck !

They are still the Fabulous 4, form is temporary , class is permanent, treating them this way shows us that we are the people , who only flow with the flow , we can never stand by our cricketers, who have done so much for us!

It's because Indian fans are mostly irrational, and they have very short memories.Now the belief that the senior players of India aren't suitable for playing any longer is gaining ground, and this belief is furthur being strengthened by the continuos hype of the media about the youngsters. At present, most Indian fans are being decieved by this belief, and that's why they treat our senior players ungratefully, calling for their expulsion.

It's a demonstration of  absolute insensitivity on our parts to forget the contributions of these great players like Sachin, Sourav, Dravid, Laxman and Kumble, each of whom has been the pillars of Indian success for so many years. The truth is that the most Indians who are demanding the expulsion of the seniors from even the test team lack foresight, and independent logical thinking. Instead, they are being forced to digest what they are being taught by the media. Unfortunately, just a temporary poor peformance of our seniors makes us forget that old is gold.

Indeed they have brought many victories for India. Unfortunately, they, like us, age. Their reflexes a tad slower, the eye not as quick as it was and the fielding tends to go as well. (Note that both Border and Steve Waugh ended up fielding at close mid wicket. This was because if they missed it there was some else to pick it up).

The players as well may have been kept on too long by selectors instead of gradually replacing players.

Because they are not true lovers or fans of Indian Cricket.They simply love those who are today performing well.When One failure comes,they go against them.Great users are Australians.When Ricky Ponting totally failed in India series,many users sided by him and said that one failure doesn't mean they are unwanted.They are true fans of their country.

I also commend OZ although he is little bit abusive and behaves like jerk,He is also true fan of Indian cricket.He loves his team and it's players.

This is the tragedy of Indian cricket critics.  One bad series and swords are drawn for the blood of seniors.  Everybody conveninetly forget that these are the heroes who brought umpteen moment of glory to India.
