  1. to reduce sun glare

    the stickers work better then the paint

  7. Its a sweat issue. Sports members blacken their upper cheeks for  glare. Lights / heat (sweat)  increases glare. blackening decreases glare. you'll see QBs and WRs / TEs are the most common in football, In-fielders and Out- fielders in Baseball.
