Why do friends call their supposed friends 'ugly'?

Question

My friends call me ugly, well one of my friends, and I really don't think I am.

I can see that maybe I'm not the most beautiful person in the world (even though my family thinks so), but that's my family.

I know I shouldn't be asking this on yahoo! answers, but I'm bored and also people calling me ugly isn't exactly a confident boost, now is it?

People are just simpily rude. They dont care that it hurts your feelings. If you dont like it, then maybe try telling them it hurts your feelings. If they dont listen they werent very good friends. Find some new ones

get new friends... one of my friends always called me fatty and i know im not fat... so i stopped hanging out with her and im going to make new friends that arnt jerks...

I AGREE, IF YOUR FRIENDS JUDGE YOU BY YOUR LOOKS AND SAY MEAN THINGS OF THAT NATURE...THEN U NEED SOME NEW FRIENDS, REAL FRIENDS DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE UGLY OR NOT. THEY GO BY WHAT MAKES THEM LIKE YOU.

Those friends of yours might be jealous. I saw your pictures and I definately don't you as being ugly. You gorgeous! And your so-called friends are not your friends if they are calling you that name. You need to tell them that it doesn't make you feel any better by saying that. And if they are still saying your ugly then you need to drop those little haters!
