  1. I don't know what you're talking about but PS3 games can support 1080p as well as 360.

  2. The reason for that is because Xbox 360 has a piece of hardware that upscales to 1080p so that is why you will always see 1080p on every xbox 360 games... The PS3 does not have anything to upscale to 1080p however, it is up to the developers to put a software upscale in the game- for an example: Call of Duty 4...

The most likely reason why Sony didn't put in hardware upscale for PS3 is because it is capable to display games in 1080p native but that is all up to the developers. 360 cannot display 1080p native because it does not have enough power to do so...

one last thing, i would rather play in 720p for almost all games unless 1080p is the native resolution. if you play the games in their native resolution(usually 720p) the graphics will be better looking.

  3. Ps3 games can support 1080p.

    Such as The Darkness.

  4. No. The PS3 supports FullHD (1080p) as well as the Xbox 360.

  5. Ps3 suppourts 1080p and 720 it will attomaticlly upscale non hd content to a like hd quality unlike xbox. the Hd is dependand on the game developer and if they choose to launch the game is hd1080 not PS3 or XBOX

  6. yea like they said of course ps3 games come in 1080p
