They think guys will find it funny and cute in an annoying flirty teasing way.

haha, but actually guys do look really good when their nails are short and they paint them black. but no other colors, just black.

idk- its just fun painting other people's nails.

and sometimes girls arent around, so they paint a dude's nails.

To be honest I think its all about seeing how far will the guy let the girl take him. Like how much control can she take of you. Its totally a control issuee!
