why do girls moan when they get punched in there belly?

Because it hurts? But usually the reason someone makes noise when they are punched around the belly area is they hit this area right above the belly at the crack between both rib cages...this forces the air out of your lungs and leaves you practicly breathless, and as the air is released, it tends to make some noise.
