  1. 9.5 or 10 is only on a driver

but if u get a 3 woods theres 17 degrees and it varies

    and  theres also degree wedges  52 54 56 58 60

    its the degree of loft

loft is the height of the ball when it is stricken at the center of the face   a "solid" shot

  2. That designates the degree of loft in the clubface. 9.5 degrees of difference from 90 degrees of its lie angle aka the ground.

  3. the number is the loft, the lower the loft the lower the shot the higher the loft the higher the ball will get off the ground

  4. The only club which has the 9.5 or 10 on it is the driver. The nombers designate the degrees of loft on the driver's club face. There are other numbers on drivers as well like 10.5 and 12.
