Why do grindstore keep rejecting my orders?

I tried to order many times, everytime there's something new wrong!

I'm from Saudi Arabia, first time i ordered, i filled the information and everything, but within few days I get a message to my email saying that there's a wrong ifnormation.

Then i decide it to change the informations, because there could be something wrong, so I let it one of my friends to fill up the informations, he has aeramex adress, but the same problem came up ( wrong information).

Although when I used my friend's adress in the second time, I didn't use his credit card, I used mine, could that be the wrong information? Should it be the same? I mean the name in the adress and in the credit card?

If the credit card name and address doesn't match with the info you filled in , it will reject the order /
