They act like they have to pay every date to get some. It's a man's job- Its chivalrous- want gentlemen do , are poor excuses alot of women use to save money, not to enforce old tradition(cause they know times have changed) and guy follows which is a equal sin cause they know its unfair. But most men are just to ##### to stand up to what they believe IS TRULY EQUAL. Guys I have news for you.. if a girl wont go to bed with you cause you dont pay on every date( after 2 date I mean) she isn't hot for you. If she's truly HOT FOR U she wont mind paying for dates (starting 2nd second date assuming the guy pays for the first date). Geez times have changed, tradition should change, women have money to, let them be generous back, if they dont want to DUMP THEM. Last of all guys dont act so stupid/ heroic when women try to pay for a date or go dutch. Your dating a superstar independent women right ? I think she can treat you back. What do yall think ?

  1. because they think it is g*y if a woman pays

  2. Well if girls pay for themselves, it's kind of like, this isn't a date since I'm paying for myself! That's how I do it actually. When I'm letting a guy know it's not a date I pay for myself. But when it is a date I let him pay. I mean, that's my philosophy, if you wanna be with me then you better shell out a few bucks for some food d**n it!

  3. You women need your money for consumables, products to make yourselves look nice for us and also if we pay, we own you. lol

Well going dutch, unless the couple are short of money, makes both parties look petty and mean, I won't allow it, I eat out with a woman regularly, I will always look after the bill, because she will often cook for me. Were it not for not for  cooking we'd probably be buying each other meals but I wouldn't like a situation where a score is being kept, if you have a take turns rule, nobody is treating, both are breaking even!

I can also phone her and ask her to pick something up for me, say, new jogging bottoms, there won't be any re numeration, we're not cave dwellers!

I do know what you mean though, I lived in a non Western country, hospitality was a big thing, my male friends would try to pay for everything, it became like a competitive sport, trying to keep up, somewhat annoying.

Not wanting to be a smart ***, but why do feminists think having a job makes them superstars???

Doesn't nearly everyone have a job, including the sahms?

  4. Men only want s*x.  They don't want relationships because they would have to use their brains.  They can't have an innocent dinner without it being an excuse for s*x.  Then they wonder why they get rejected and then they come on this forum and blame feminism for their lack of s*x and become women-haters.

  5. I guess I'm just old-fashioned but in my world, a gentleman pays because it is the polite thing to do. s*x has nothing to do with it. It is called MANNERS and that was the way I was brought up. I go so far as to follow a general rule, if I ask her out, I pay, and if she asks me out, she pays. Dutch only applies among me and my friends. You really have a poor attitude toward men if you are so jaded as to assume every man expects to pay for dinner and get s*x immediately after the date. Maybe boys of your age may expect this, but men of my age, as mannered gentlemen, do not, though we gratefully accept if offered.

  6. HAHA believe it or not. I only read the additional details bit

  7. yer!! im not exactly allowed to date...(Dad) anyways and i went to tha shops on my b-day with a few friends and one of them had a hissy fit trying to pay for my lunch i was like wtf? i ended up paying for it...after i slapped him...reallii loud (everyone started stareing) lol

  8. wtf? let them pay and stop complaining!

  9. i guess it is just polite

but i don't like dating anyway

    i like passionate impulsive romances

    not planned evenings

  10. seems like enforced prostitution, with the woman doing the enforcing

  11. Ok,I  can't really understand your question.  You are saying that

    1. They act like they have to pay every date to get some "p**y".

    2.  This is chivalrous behavior.

#1 and #2 are diametrically opposed.

Paying for meals which are enjoyed by both man and woman in the expectation of being paid later on with s*x as the method of payment doesn't sound very "chivalrous" to me.  Does that sound chivalrous to you?  To me this scenario sounds like the very opposite of "chivalrous" behavior.
