Why do guys ask out married women?

i have one bugging me that i used to work with, i think it's so stupid cuz i am happly married with a child and i don't flirt, yeah i'm cute but i don't give him the wrong idea, but he's bugging me to go out with him. i would never persue a married man if i was single, i think it's so immoral.
