I know it's not a health question, but why do guys flip their boners into their wasteband??

It used to be embaracing because its like oh man I've got a hard on and I just don't want anyone to think I'm hard for them if I'm not. Anymore I don't get random erections very often, but when I was younger I couldn't help it.

Eventually I just realized I've got nothing to be ashamed of if for some reason I get a ***** its there. If someone has a problem with it I just tell them "what do you want me to do cut it off?"

A good reason to keep an erection to yourself is that in certain cercumstances it could be considered sexual misconduct - especially if you accidentally rub up against someone.

To do otherwise, would be to have an embarrassing bulge sticking out in front.  Believe it or not, it is very embarrassing to guys for this to happen, but testosterone doesn't care about political correctness, or social protocol.  

Unless you were kissing a corpse, any young man will get an erection when "making out"...and I can't even guarantee the corpse won't,  if he's was young enough when he died!!!

If I'm with a girl i feel comfortable with and trust i don't do this unless its in public.  It is a little embarrassing even though its a normal function of the body.  It does hurt if its pointed down or straight out.  TOO MUCH CHAFFING!

When a guy has an erection, his p***s will be pointed straight up inside his pants and underwear. It's too uncomfortable to point an erect p***s down towards the pant leg (Left side or right side).

Where would you like us to put them?  Because boners typically poke straight out or up about 45 degrees it hurts to force it down into your pant leg.  Up into the waistband is more comfortable and less obvious when out in public than poking straight out.  Also the waistband holds it in place so it doesn't move around and catch your attention as easily.
