Why do guys do this when at a red light?

They turn and stare at you while you're in your car waiting for the light to turn green. I don't look at them but I can always tell they're staring. It's really annoying. Don't they realize it's ******* rude?

Because they are BOYS in men's bodies. Men do not do this!

Worse; My wife and I are driving down a 4-lane highway to work. Early in the morning, so she is putting her makeup on. Car ceiling light is on. Cars will slow down and drive along SIDE of us while the stare at my wife putting on her makeup! We respond by slamming on the brakes, and then getting immediately behind them. They respond by slowing down for a few minutes, then driving on ahead. Turn the lights back on, and another car comes along - slows down, etc, etc. Maddening!!
