not to be perverted or anything but i was just curious of why a guy gets turned off or sleepy after masturbating?

Guys get turned off for the same reason as why you are no longer hungry after a good meal. You need time to work up an appetite again.

Men who fall asleep right after an o****m, are merely giving in to biological forces. After o****m, certain chemicals (oxytocin, prolactin, gamma amino butyric acid and endorphins) are released in the body. Each of these contributes to the sleepy feeling.
