Because for some of us, it just happens in the heat of the moment. I have very sensitive skin so I get them easily even though I can't stand the way they look.

The same reason they smoke cigars. They just like to suck on something!

I'm a girl and I tend to do that to my boyfriend sometimes, it's not at all intentional it's just the rush that I get. He enjoys it and doesn't complain so everythings good! = )
