Why do guys have boxing bags in their rooms ?

Why do most buys have boxing bags in their rooms ?? is it to build muscle or some other reason ??

most buys huh? I will assume that you mean boys and no most boys do not have boxing bags in their rooms only the ones that want one. Please think before you ask your next question.

Mainly for stress relief or showing off, to really train, you would need a heavey bag on a stand, probably in your basement, or supported by studs.

Most have them to train and some just to show off. But I am interested what other reasons you could imagine?

well i use myne to practice boxing and fighting
