I saw this on the news. Its because when you are being formed in the womb, the first few months your s*x is not set in so you have nipples because you could be a girl, but they just stay with you if your a boy.

i think its cause we start out as girls. Even though we dont have mamory glands,[breast feeding glands]. well, also, we could be fauled up. Maybe we were planned to be transgenders, but in a non surgical manner. For instance, when the head female dies in a Clown fish clan, the lead male changes to a female, and then mates with the second lead male.
