Why do guys have to make such a point of controlling everything??Why so angry, depressed, & serious?

You are so right. Guys can't make a joke without making fun of a girl. They can't hang out with each other without talking bad about us. Its totally wrong.

They can -but there are controlling wankers out there -and they can some times be women -its all about personality not gender -although I do see it slightly more in men ( I usually see it when their in a relationship and get all protective and controlling over what they see as their girl -which she isnt as no one owns her)

Whoever made you feel like this -put him in his place -humiliate him by taking control or publically presenting flaws in his ideas ,sounds bad but sometimes people need knockbaks to re-evaluate

Though I would like to point out all the social learning theory ect,and also  sometimes girls play into the dominating figure and obey ect -I cant stand it when that happens cus im like women died to get equal rights and then you follow your mans lead ! -sorry my lil rant but as long as your not one of those girls ,as long as you have your own mind that cant be influenced or controlled by anyone then dont worry,your meet a male who is equall and who  shares the controll ect with you

Not a very nice question, but i get angry very rarely and the reason why is because girls sometimes make such a big deal of things

Most guys have been raised to believe that they were supposed to be the dominant and controlling one. Even when they weren't outright taught to be like this they have learned through observation and religious teachings. I suppose if you look at it this way, it's not all their fault. There are a few around that were taught different but society teaches that any women who wants to be their equal is a modern feminist or a L*****n (as you can see in one of your other answers).

Some men's self esteem and self image is greatly affected if they are not seen as domineering. The macho image is what most guys want to exude today. However, to stay that way is their fault.

My advice, keep looking. There are guys who exist that want to be on an equal footing with females. They are out there. Hopefully one day there will be more equals and fewer angry, depressed, and serious ones.

This is a pretty big generalization. The reason men that *you* get involved with are like that, is because you haven't rejected them at the first sign of these behaviors. You need to eliminate them from your life rather than get involved with them.
