Why do hispanic men like to stare at women intensely and for a long time?

Sometimes i visit my mexican girl friend at her house that is located in the hispanic neighborhood in my town. I walk by and i see all these hispanic men staring at me from like a mile away, front and back =S . It makes me a bit uncomfortable because they stare for tooooo long and very intensely. Im not trying to bash on anyone but im trying to understand why hispanic men do this... Other cultures do check me out a lot but they dont stare as long and as intense as hispanics do.

Okay there..? let me guess because they are men!! Every men stares at women nothing new really.
