  1. i don't know where you shop.but i live in winnipeg and i have never seen a ten pack of weiners, unless you are buying them from a deli counter.it has been my experience that weiners come in twelve packs and so do buns but sometimes "Wonder"(an american company) makes eight packs of buns

  2. good q but....

i don't know ask the sealer

  3. because the manufacturers are *******

  4. Just tryin' to mess with our minds.

  5. NOT ALL HOT DOGS COME IN PACKS OF TEN-THEY WILL

USUALLY COME IN EIGHT PACKS. NOT ALL BUNS COME IN

TWELEVS-THEY USUALLY COME IN EIGHT PACKS.

  6. Actually the makers of hot dogs and the makers of buns have been speaking to each other and working on this very problem.

  7. Just in case you drop a bun

  8. It is actually very simple once you understand the industry.

The meat packing industry measures everything in pounds.  Your standard-issue hot dog,  comes ten to the pound.

The bakery industry measures everything by the dozen.

A single batch of buns is one dozen.

    Simple.  Not convenient but simple.

  9. That's a great question. I've wondered about that too.......
