  1. Maybe you should have your parents take you to a psychiatrist a nd have an evaluation..sounds like you might have slight depression to me..but I am no professional. Or try exercising sometimes that helps you to feel better!

  2. depression?

  3. this is odd. you do need to carry on eating, although i know its hard. what types of food are you eating? make sure you eat carbohydrates to keep your energy levels up. try to carry on your activities as normal as this may take your mind off it.

its is not serious, otherwise your doc would have looke into this further.

if this carries on for a long time, see a different doc. your weight seems ok though - you may want to put on a few pounds if you can.

    good luck!

  4. my son is 14 and has the normal teenage complaints - I tell him to eat ABC yoghurt - Alph, Beta, Casei - the live cultures are good bacteria and solve a lot of issues for me in my digestive system - of course, my son doesn't listen to me, but it's something that should help, unless there's something the doctor doesn't understand. Good luck with it.

  5. Try finding a hobby or something you enjoy.

    Listening to music helps !

    Good Luck (:

  6. A lot of 14 year olds don't eat properly.  Perhaps you need to improve your diet.  More fruit and vegetables for more antioxidants and enzymes for good health and energy.

Table sugar can weaken your immune system.  See items 1 and 5 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm .

  7. Was it something you ate? Think about what you had to eat right before this stomach pain started, and what you've been eating since.

Since the doctor says you are fine I'm guessing that could be the only problem. Are you taking any medication that may have caused this? Try to eat light meals[if you can] and drink water/gatorade/tea or even smoothies, no sodas or shakes...They can make your stomach feel worse.

I hope you feel better hun!
