Why do i always look ugly during my period?

i always feel really gross during my period, my face gets spotty, im bloated, my skins greasy and pale, my hairs all flat and horrible, everything jsut looks arful,. is it all in my head or do people actualy look worse during their period

I look gross during mine, totally look at 4 months pregnant and normally I have wash board stomach!! My skin looks disgusting, really oily and when I put make up by eyes look all red so i look like some sort of ghost!!
