Why do i always take on board negative comments that people make about me and Analise them over and over

I also over analyze  Sometimes I will take something the wrong way that may not even be intended.   We are over sensitive.  We can be our own worst enemies.  

Try to remember, just because someone says something about us does not always mean that it is true.  The person may just be in a bad mood and take it out on us because we happen to be there at that moment.   I hope this helps.   Best Wishes.
