  1. If you think that death is a good thing. Like it will let you go to the spiritual worlds, then there should be nothing to fear. Just don't go and top yourself. Instead wait your turn like most do. Buy some near death experience books to help conquer your fears.

  2. your deppression is getting worse, seek help now, trust me i never did when i suffered those spells, and now im all anti this and anti that, with all kinds of social problems to boot.

  3. All I have is my personal experience with my mother and daughter. We all three are bi-polar. My mother has ALWAYS obsessed about death...others and herself. I don't obsess about death, but probably only because she used to call me in her room at night when I was a kid and ask me who I wanted to live w/if she died in her sleep.

Being a strong willed person I swore I would be NOTHING like my mom (she had many other problems btw). And for the most part I'm not....but I still have bipolar disorder, no will power could change that, I just obsess about different things instead.

Now my daughter obsesses about death. Every since she was maybe 5 or 6. And she wasn't around my mother enough growing up to have gotten it from her. I believe that it is one possible side affect of a mental disorder. You might only be depressed, you might be bipolar, or it could be something else.

Whatever the cause, I know from my personal experience with my problems that this is no way to live. It slowly kills you inside. Since I went and got help and started meds 5 yrs ago things have been SO much better. I still have problems, but they're much milder and way less often.

And maybe something happened in your childhood to make you like this. The only real answer, no matter what's causing it, is to get help. If you don't have money or health insurance then contact your local Health and Human Services office. They'll know where you can get help based on your income. I go to MHMR and I get all of my services, including my meds, for free.

    Good luck to you!
