  1. welcome to my world... its just an addiction... nothing to worry about.. just make sure you work out and burn it all...

  2. It sounds like an addiction... You even have withdrawal symtoms. Why don't you try cutting back gradually. I think treating yourself once in a while is okay, but overeating junk food in excess is kinda bad. And try not to binge too, this is also bad. Lol. You might find some nutritional foods that you like equally as much as sugar filled goodies. Give it time and you'll probably start feeling better healthwise if you're eating a proper and balanced diet.

  3. well, I wouldn't say it's an addiction. Do you get enough sleep? Most times if you are feeling lethargic, and "rarely ever eat real nutritional foods" you obviously don't have energy, right? That lack causes your body to crave high-fat, sugary foods. It's fine if you need the energy for the time being daily, but you shouldn't rely on it. Get the right nutrition and the problem will ease up.

  4. you just have a sweet tooth

  5. People tend to crave substances to which they're addicted.  Can't you limit yourself to, say, some chocolate every day after a nutritious dinner?  Before you say "no," why not give it a try?

  6. Sometimes processed foods have chemicals in them that tend to cause people to crave carbohydrates. This combined with early childhood food habits can create a lifetime addiction to sugar that will take a lot of dedication to break off.

  7. Some people are really born with a "sweet tooth". Some people just crave sweets more than others. Like how some people really like spicy foods and others hate it. I'm the same way. I have candy at least once a day. I love sweets! I have always been like this and know that I will never change. Maybe you should cut back a little but I don't see a problem with sugar once a day! :P

  8. Craving sweets sometimes indicates a lot of yeast in the body.  Do your ears itch?  Sugar feeds the yeast in your body. Check out some vitamins called; Acidolphlis.  Check out the links below for more information.

  9. sounds like you have  a major sugar addiction. you may want to start replacing some of your sweets with fruit. fruit is sweet too plus has vitamins and minerals that you need,  it's not bad to have sweets sometimes but eating dessert before a meal is a little overboard.

  10. well you definitely aren't fat. I'm the same height as you and I don't weigh much less but if you keep eating sweets non stop it could lead to weight gain. There's a lot of things you could try like using splenda sweeteners or fat free desserts but I wouldn't reccommend that because that stuff sucks lol. Mabye if you eat fruit or granola bars or other sweet tasting (but healthy) foods you'll feel more satisfied. If not look for "light" ice creams, to me they're one of the few things that actually taste just as good (just don't get fat free). Also you could try italian ice but I know how you feel, I used to be like that when I was younger and now instead of sweets I'm always craving meat.

  11. It's called an addiction and do what any smoker tries to do with their addiction, FIGHT IT.

  12. well just craving sugar is ok, but the way you describe it you might want to see a doctor (and a dentist)....

  13. go here,

i hope it explains it well enough for you.
