Why do i feel guilty when i m********e ?

i'm 15, started when i was 11, actually. i've always felt bad and guilty. like i just ran over a cat or something. but i've accepted that it's normal. almost EVERYONE does it. it's a form of pleasure, and it's healthy. it's like eating a apple or something. it's not dangerous, as long as you're not obsessive, and there's nothing wrong with it. COMPLETELY NORMAL. just keep that in mind.

i feel ya. i started at a young age too. and everytime i do it i feel guilty. natural. but everytime i do it i keep reminding myself that its healthy. and it is.

It's pretty normal to feel guilty about it. I know a lot of guys who feel guilty about it too. It's something that is basically addictive and you are going to feel guilty when something is out of your control like that. Whether it is right or wrong isn't really relevant since there is no mention of it in the bible at all.

I think if you can help it, you shouldn't--just because it does affect your sexual relationships later. Like, there are some men who have masturbated so much to p**n that they can't get it up when they are with a real woman. And there are woman who are so used to the fantasizing aspect of it that they have a hard time "staying in the moment" when they are with a man.

My advice is that if you feel guilty, maybe you should try to control it more. Make yourself so busy that you are completely exhausted when you come home, and you just fall straight asleep. That's about the only thing you can do.

perhaps your doing it too often then. Try and pace yourself. Don't worry to much about it though its a natural thing to do.

Well if you come from a spiritual family that believes it a Sin that may be why or if you think it may be some what dirty or wrong because of what your friends/peers say personally I find it a form of stress relief and one of the greatest pleasures you can cause yourself.

I started at 12 too and always I strongly feel guilty.I don't know exactly why.But I guess It's because our soul is honest and innocent at first and when we do something that we know It's wrong It feels that and get a bad  mood.

It's because girls don't talk about it very much. I used to feel guilty, but recently my boyfriend asked me if i did and i said YES. He thought it was completely normal and a good thing that i know what feels good for me.

i started at 12 to i am 13 but i feel dirty when i do it someties you like a have to take a shower. but sometime if you feel that way just stop for like a week then start doing it agian it helps me
