  1. You're dehydrated.  I get the same thing.  Right before your period your body's demand for water increases (retaining water).  Just make sure to drink plenty of fluids.  It took me a while to figure it out.  It hasn't been as bad since I've been on birth control.

  2. It could be sleep apnea.

  3. perhaps its dehydration or bad sleeping patterns.if it keeps up see a doctor.

  4. It may be due to insufficient  or unsatisfactory sleep.

  5. Well, it's probably your particular type of PMS. Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, headaches, and fatigue are all parts of PMS and hangovers.

You're lucky you're only getting it when you wake up.

I would suggest Midol. It is pretty good for relieving pain. The caffeine helps with that and also getting rid of your fatigue.

If the symptoms are very severe, talk to your doctor.

  6. There’s a whole range of reasons why this could be.

As someone has already said, it could be Morning Sickness. Or you could have some kind of infection or medical condition which has similar symptoms to a hangover. There’s a even a condition in which the body converts carbohydrates from your diet into alcohol resulting in you getting drunk! However, you haven’t described the symptoms in enough details to be able to make an educated guess as to the nature of the problem.  Do you feel nauseous, do you have a headache, do you feel dehydrated?

If this doesn’t disappear on it’s own then you should consult a doctor.

  7. yall could have a baby

  8. Maybe you're getting dehydrated which is a big part of the problem with hangovers.

Drink a big glass of water before going to sleep and see if it helps.

Otherwise, you're either sleeping too much or not enough.
