young people, usually 30 years of age and below, rush to poo and stress out the muscles in the spincter (your blow hole...) if you start seeing blood in your stool, you may just be rushing to go. if you're 31 and older, then...you must have a prolem, possibly hemroids.

Maybe you are not drinking enough fluids which is constipating you

You need to add more fiber to your diet. This will help things function a little smoother... Try eating pears, peas, beans, or whole wheat pastas.
