  1. You are probably dehydrated. Try losing the junk drinks and hydrate your body. Your body is obviously screaming out to you for water. Don't feel bad though, I have been dehydrated in past and it really makes you feel like c**p. After a near heat injury I learned my lesson and now hydrate properly. As a good practice try hydrating the day prior to physical exercise. Depending on your weight try around a gallon of water a day. Good luck!

  2. you could be sick or maybe not eating/drinking enough. or maybe you need more sleep

  3. Sounds like your not eating enough. Have you a glass of orange juice and a fruit and grain bar or apple before running. Take bottled water with you, and make sure you keep hydrated.

You have to have food in you to give you the energy to work out.

Dont over eat. That will surely make you puke. Especially if you push yourself.

  4. you eat before working out?

    its prolly why you puke

  5. I could give you a possible answer but it would be irresponsible of me. Your symptoms could indicate a real medical condition. See your doctor about it and do not take advice from here on an important issue like this
