  1. Did you exercise? Sometimes I have the same feeling as yours.

Recently, I try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Now I feel my energy is back!

  2. just go for morning walk try to sleep around 10 pm...dont sleep in afternoons..if u seriously addicted to it hten take a nap.always think positive..that must solve ur problem

  3. i had this same problem of going to bed late at night... its not just HOW much you sleep it's WHEN you sleep....

    go to bed around 9-10pm.

and wake up early... and it will take about 2 days to break the 1am cycle... but when you do, you will feel ALIVE =D

btw i feel "alive" on only 5 hours of sleep... and i have NO medical conditions that keep me from sleeping longer... this just proves that you have to go to bed at the right time if you want to feel "alive"

    Hope you feel better!

  4. Well a couple reasons come to mind. The first thing u need to do to avoid being tired is to start working out. If u can get a treadmill than u should. If not, try to get a membership to a gym. You sound like u are tired because you are not active. A half hour on a treadmill will definently make u feel alive. It will "shock" your heart and your body.

Its kind of curious as to why u don't have any friends, but when u join a health club u will. U will see individuals older and younger than yourself living a vibrant, energetic life. Recently I went through a situation and felt like the world was coming to an end. Until I went out, and saw that other people were living the good life. Putting yourself around a positive environment will put u in a position to make new friends.New friends will bring about a new attitude. And u never know. U may meet a new friend who works somewhere where there is a job opening. For u to feel alive u have to change things up with fresh activities. You will be fine. Trust me

  5. Well.it can be few reasons for your condition, first you should take care about is sleeping time, the best sleep for you brain is before midnight because beetween 10pm and midnight is only time brain cells are recovering to 10 times faster than afterwards, seciond thing might be depresion, which also can be followed with bad nigh sleep and offcourse unhappiness with current thing in life.Try to turn on brighter side, you have loving marrieage, you have friend and family even miles away they think about you at least once per day.Don't worry about job,you will find it,take long walks, every morning openn the window and breath deep.Keep on eating healthy and best medecine is bright toughts,be thanksfull for life gifts you have.Take care

  6. Here are a few things:

10 hours of sleep is too much for an adult, ratchet back to 6 or 7

    Drink more water

    Work out

    -S

  7. See a doctor, you may be suffering from depression like I do.  Being tired and never wanting to do anything are symptoms of depression.  I really think you should see a doctor, even if it is not depression it's good to be able to cross that idea off the list.

  8. other answers are great -you could also go to the doc for a blood test-it might be a thyroid problem-I had that myself.Plus you might be a bit depressed and lonely-try and join something where you can meet some new people.Maybe a visit to your family would perk you up
