each day i seem to be extremly tired, from the moment i get up, to the moment i go to bed.. i have troubles getting out of bed in the mornings. it seemed to of started when i got really sick last year. each day i just seem to be getting tireder and tireder, and if i was wearing out.i have been told by a few people that it could be a iron deficiency, and thats what i thought, but its been going on for a long time, and someone told me they outruled that one.. so i have no idea, is there someone i should see, should i try the iron thing, should i just get more rest, like latey ive been getting 12 hours of sleep a night, and i cant help it. usualy 8-9 sometimes 10.. but lately since the last few exams have been mentally exhausting, its been making me sleep in a lot. im not really active, although i get 30minutes exercise a day, sometimes more. i eat healthy pretty much. i dont see an excuse but it could be link to what im sick with, sorry i cant remember what its called, but what happened was the air bubble thingy near behind your bridge of your nose got infected, and it caused me to throw up, get headaches, and each time i would almost pass out or pass out. the docter said it will always come back when ever it wants to, and it has been sort of slightly during, the almost 1 year period. since the sickness started is when im pointing to when this being tired thing started. buti need some more information to some causes, or websites or names of people i should see (not names of the perosn but like, doctor, or specialist or whatever) thank you in advance and i cant wait to view your answers. i am also 17 almost 18.. male.. obviously by my picture.. about 182cm i dunno just some info just in case.. ^_^ ty

  1. you shold do meditions & exercise daily

  2. Buddy, you need to rule out chronic fatigue syndrome.

For more details look up chronic fatigue syndrome on Wikipedia and

the CDC Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website for Chronic fatigue syndrome: www.cdc.gov/cfs/

  3. If you did not have a physical, get one right away and blood test, so they can start ruling things out.  There are so many things that could make you not get any quality sleeep.  If you check out ok after the basic stuff, you may have to see a sleep doctor (neurologist who specializes in sleep disorders).  I had the same symptoms and that's where I ended up.  They were trying to rule out sleap apnea (that's when you stp breathing while you sleep).  It's one of the main causes people do not get good sleep.  Turned out I did not have it, but I did have PLMD.  Periodic Limb Movement Disorder ( my legs would involuntarily "twitch" while I slept, constantly waking me up) is what they diagnosed me with.  Turns out almost everytime my les moved, I woke up.  Not enough to realize that I woke up, but it happened over 400 times a night, so I never fell into the deep restorative sleep.  I always woke up more tired then the night before and was exhausted all the time.  You have to start checking things out.  I none of these pan out, it could also be depression.
