Why do i feel this pain in kidney?

18 kidney stone 10 months ago in right kidney

now i pee and i get a pinching pain in my LEFT kidney

nothing relieves it, it has to go away on its own.

drinking lots of water, exercise regulary, havent had kidney pain since kidney stone until recently.

Sounds like pain caused by the kidney stones.  Or; you could have smaller pieces left.

I've had kidney stones and it takes a long time to recover from them.  Passing the stone kind of scratches the linings if you know what I mean.  The pain stays for quite a while.  The only thing I do is drink cranberry juice and lots of water so I have to urinate a lot.  And take Tylenol for the pain.  If it doesn't go away, go back to the doctor.
