Why do i feel this way.. so self concious?

this is really embarassing but i have larger labias. And im so self concious about it. I have had s*x with my boyfriend but i feel like he hates them. He says he doesnt mind them. But hes said he never seen them on any other girl he had s*x with so i feel like im the worst he has had s*x with and he used to make fun of girls with larger labias in p**n:( i feel so ashamed of the way i look and i dont want to feel that way. im so self concious of them. do guys really mind them?girls and guys please help me

Take it from a guy, we're not going to sit there and compare labias. It's just a body part you are insecure about. But if you are that worried about it then you should get labiaplasty.

Women's genitals all have the same parts, but just like faces, each is individual in the way the parts look.

There's a good page about female genital anatomy at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/v****a , and it shows both internal and external views of what's there, along with full descriptions of it all.

Some have big, puffy outer lips and tiny little inner ones that can't even be seen without spreading their legs and outer lips both... some have smallish outer lips and inner lips that stick out firmly from them or hang loosely.  Some have one inner lip that's one shape/size and  the other is completely different.  Some have really big or really little clitorises.

Knowing and accepting your unique "genital geography" isn't something mothers usually pass along to their daughters... but it's something every woman should learn.

It's very unlikely that yours are *not* perfectly normal, and you should get to know them well and learn to love them.   They're a very important part of what it means to be *you*.

first off, you are NOT ALONE. I too have larger labia. but you know what? generally if a guy says he doesn't mind something, he really doesn't. your beautiful the way you are, just remember that. and there are pros to having bigger "lips", like the sensations you get. and don't mind the p**n stars, most of the ones with smaller labia had to have work done.

I was really concious about mine for about a year, after I saw a girl on TV get a surgery for hers, but then I realized that this body is what makes me who I am, different from other women, and now I love myself all the more for it.

also, a great "quick fix" for feeling self concious down there? go buy yourself some pretty panties, it always makes me feel better knowing I have something cute for him to unwrap later that night!

If you're attractive and you're a cool girl, then guys are lucky to be hooking up with you at all.  You really shouldn't worry about it.
