I eat about 1000 calories per day and if i don't exercise i gain weight.

I heard that you need to eat 1500-2000 calories a day. I'm eating even less than that and still gaining weight. How is this possible? shouldn't i be losing weight by eating less?

  1. wrong equation ,

  2. No, because your caloric intake should be based on your physical activity, not a set number for boys & girls. Eat right & stay active, keep that heart rate up!
