  1. We all do, its for your security.

  2. Your log-in expires every so often.

It's for your own good.....suppose somebody got on your pc and could go straight to your in-box and read your mail?

  3. your users probably on a secure setting, if you chane it to the normal setting you should have no problem.

  4. It makes their traffic figures look good

  5. It's required; it's called security. If logging in every other day is a bother, you can change the setting in your Profile so that you'll be prompted to re-login every hour, if you wish.

  6. After you typed it, did you check "save my password"? Also, have you changed your password recently? If so, for reasons I can't explain, sometimes a user has to do that. I've had my new one for over a yr., and sometimes they ask me to do it. BTW, check the phone numbers you told Yahoo! tech support you wanted to use in case the main number that you chose for them to dial for your entry is busy. Make sure you gave them multiple numbers. We are new internet users in our house (a little over 4 yrs.), and we learned the hard way to give more than one number for the techs to use in rotation in case the main one for use is busy.
