Why do i get back pain after exercise?

i was on treadmill doing a steady pace on treadmill i was going to do 10min jog.. 5 min fast incline walk nd then repeat. but after the 10Min's as i slowed down i had to stop and sit down as my sight went all blotchy and i got bak upper back pain which felt like a pulsing pain. this has happened a few times now nd they last only for about 5mins max.

  1. Could be caused by several things

    1] how old are you?

    2] what do you weigh?

    3] how out of shape are you?

    If any of above answers are in a 'worry' range, see your doc for a physical before exercising strenuously.

    If not:

    a] back muscles get exercised when you walk or run, too.

    Try some gentle upper and lower back stretches before and after exerciing

    b] vision getting blurry, or spots are a sign of hypoxia - not enough oxygen in system.

    Slow down the workout, and start off gently.

    c] bring a water bottle, and chug some as you workout
