  1. it could just be harmons

  2. As far as the dizziness goes, you really need to get your blood checked. These symptoms can be due to low hemoglobin and/or iron, which are common in women who have their period. But yours may be dangerously low. As far as the cramps go, every woman I ever gave chiropractic care to said that they no longer have cramping during their periods. That's most likely because the cramping is associated with, or may even be caused by, nerve impingements that I found in the lower back area.

  3. maybe low iron... happens to me too...

  4. nothing is "wrong" per se....I get like that a lot on my period too, and i have a hormone imbalance, possibly a thyroid disorder. If it concerns you talk to your doctor about a possible hormone imbalance, or an iron deficiency. When you lose blood like that, you're bound to get dizzy and even sick sometimes!

edit: I just wanted to say that the guy above me is right about chiropractic, it has really helped with my severe cramps also!

  5. I had those same symptoms as long as I could remember, along with chills, headaches, etc.  I finally mentioned it to my doc when I was 17, and she diagnosed me with Primary Dysmenorrhea.  Here's a link to tell you more about it:

You may not have that, but it's just a guess since you mentioned terrible cramps with dizziness.
