  1. i have stress and sometimes i get like tiny headaches behind my eyes almost

  2. if you drink a lot of soda that might be the problem. My doctor told me that was the reason for my headaches because there is a substance in soda that causes headaches if you drink a lot. Drink something else instead, coffee for instance if you need the coffeeennnnn rush

  3. maybe your doing to much. if you REALLY want to know...do nnothing at all for 1 day. if you still have headaches isit a different doc

  4. maybe you have some middle ear issues.Do you feel dizzy especially before falling asleep?

Or maybe you suffer or some form of neuralgia (ex. trigeminal neuralgia), but these conditions usually develop after midage.

It could be sinusitis (the infection of the sinuses..the cavities in the cranium)

Run some blood tests..there is a slight probability to have a parasitosis..especially if you own a cat..or a dog.

And don't read with low light, don't stare at the computer screen for a long time.

    I don't think is stress.

  5. I have the same sort of headaches. Eyes are fine, Dr. says it's stress. He says the reason I don't "feel" stressed is because I am storing all the tension in my neck. I ended up going to a chiropractor and that helped a lot. They recommended a stretch that has helped reduce the headaches to about once a month rather than almost daily.

When you get out of the shower each day, bend your neck down so that you're looking down at your feet, hold your towel lengthwise like a scarf over the back of your head and lightly pull the towel downwards. First pull with one hand keeping the other steady, switch and then pull equally with both hands. This stretches the muscles that start in your neck and attach to your scalp that get tight and cause headaches.

If that doesn't work try using a heating pad on your neck and head to alleviate the symptoms.  Also, I would ask your doctor to check your thyroid hormone levels, this can be done by a simple blood test. It is very common for people to have daily headaches when their body is producing too much thyroid hormone (hyperthyroidism).  It's very common and can be treated easily. Hope you feel better soon!
