  1. get a cat scan, but it's probably migraines. Talk to your doctor about it, cause they can find out what it is.

If it's migraines, it can be helped with medication. Migraine disorder is just overactivity in your nerves. It's common.

  2. Can you see a Dr.?  Have you researched headaches on the internet at all? You mention you are sneezing, could it be sinus pain? You need to identify the kind of headache to identify the cause.  I get headaches too, really bad, almost every day of my life.  I am 36 now, and have had them since I was your age.  Mine are tension headaches, caused by stress and poor posture at my desk at work.  I would go to webmd.com and research headaches and find out what kind you are having and then go discuss it with a Dr.  I'm sorry, I truly sympathize.

  3. The killer sugar table sugar can cause headaches and migraines and sweet foods loaded with white sugar or refined sugar include desserts, cakes, cookies, biscuits, chocolate, ice cream and many others.  See item 71 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm .
