Why do i get itchy rashes after using my hottub?

OMG I GET THAT TOO!! well maybe different then you. When Ever I take a hot shower I get these little red rashes on my chest (they kinda look like hickys) and they are ichy as well but they go away by the time I get dressed (there is a little swollen bump in the middle as well... just like I get when a dog licks me (allergic to their saliva lol))....I tell people that im allergic to hot water lol...But maybe it is the dry skin thing...but why do I always get it in the same spot? WEIRD lol
