Why do i get kicked off online for x box when i get a phone call?

every time some one calls my house i get kicked off line. i have fios, so i should be able to play and talk on the phone. can some one tell me what is wrong.

You'll need to have a chat with your ISP about this one - maybe it's a bandwidth issue or some failure in the equipment they provided. I don't know if your phone calls are VOIP or some other method.

Either way, if you really do have fiber to your door, this should not be a problem - what you describe is quite typical of DSL not having line filters on each outlet.
