  1. Believe me I KNOW how YOU feel!!!

Because the same exact thing has been happening to me like FOREVER, or at least as far back as Jr. High School, and I'm 44 years old now!

It's gotten a LOT worse the older I get.

    It's HORRIBLE!!!!

Honestly, I think it has alot to do with allergies, and the weather.

I believe that I am simply living in an area of this world that my particular body make-up is not supposed to be living in, or at least comfortably, anyway.

I truly believe that human beings are similar to animals, because when it comes to living in a climate that is suitable for them, animals usually migrate there, for comfort and to be able to live longer.

My grandmother lived here pretty much all of her life, and when she got much older her doctor suggested that she move to a warmer climate.

I live in Southern Illinois right now, and for 5 years I lived in San Diego, CA.

There I didn't suffer with any breathing, throat or PHLEGM problems!

My skin was much clearer, my hair grew longer, and I stayed physically fit!

    REALLY!

So, I plan on moving back towards California very soon!!!

    Good luck to ya!
