  1. stretch longer before and after running

    stay hydrated

eat potassium before running ( like a bannana )

  2. your side stitch may be caused by a few things, not being hydrated enough, make sure you drink plenty of liquids (water and gatorade are best) before running, you also may not have enough of certain vitamins and minerals like potassium and magnesium eat a banana in the morning or start taking a daily multi-vitamin.

your feet swelling feeling is not uncommon, a lot of runners feet swell when they run because the forces of constant impact make more blood go to your feet, all you need to do is tie your shoes a little looser, you don't need to ice them.

  3. make sure u stretch, eat healthy, and ice your body wherever it hurts

  4. Make sure you drink A LOT during the day during running season, because that is a common cause of side stitches. Also don't eat anything before you run. About your feet, make sure your running shoes have enough support and make sure they are tight enough because you don't want your ankles to roll around in them. And yes, put ice on your feet if they hurt.
