Why do i get this feeling every time i see him ?

its like this deep sinking feeling inside of me.

i don't know what it is.

i also start to get this horrible shake all throughout my body.

every time i see this one guy.

i hate this feeling but its so automatic and i can't stop it.

i get the feeling of like my heart going BOOm down to my stomach. just this massive feeling of it. if that makes any sense. and then the shakes start coming. they dont stop. every time i see this guy it happens. what is it???
