Why do i hate eating in front of people?

I tend to not eat if its in front of people ..at lunch..?!!?

is that bad??

I'm seeing a counselor because i dont eat in front of people, she says it may be an eating disorder, i mean i can not physically cant eat around people. Maybe you should just, I dunno try eating infront of someone you trust first.
