I would say i was born with straight hair, but recently i've started to notice wavy hair(like how it would look when you crimp your hair)... Though unless you examine my hair really, really, really, close up, you cant see the wavy hair, but I'm just puzzled by it. Can anyone help explain it? will my hair eventually turn all wavy(i hope not)?

ps: my mom has straight hair, and my dad has wavy hair

  1. YOURE SPECIAL!

  2. your hair is dead. the root is what's alive. the opening of the root determines straight, wavy or curly hair. a round opening produces straight hair, an oval produces wavy and a crinkled hole produces curls. the longer your hair gets, the more your type of hair is revealed. it's likely you just have some circular roots and some that are oblong.

  3. You just have a few wavy parts. It's just the way your hair is. I have REALLY curly hair, and all underneath is completely straight. A lot of people have hair like that.

Your hair wont turn all wavy either.

    Hope I helped :)

  4. My hair has different textures too.. it doesn't mean all of your hair is going to turn into that. I also have a few strands of black hair but again, it's not going to all turn black. Hair strands are each unique. I wouldn't worry or think about it too much.

Oh but why is this in the zoology section? haha

  5. ok, so the thinner it get's the wavier its gonna get, that's what happens when it's damaged

  6. Do you mean like frizzy?  I have that too.

  7. are you sure your not just sleeping on you hair weird? or a pony tail holder isnet doing it?

Because that's what happenes to me. :D

And that also happened to me when i get split ends. That's when I know it time for a haircut. LoL
